Social Media Manager

We’re Not Really Strangers is looking for their Social Media Manager. You will report to the CEO and Head of Creative, other department managers and the creative team.


What you will do:

On our TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Community accounts


Strategy


  • Analyze social media data from a business and creative perspective, to understand what our audience responds to and how
  • Share content ideas and recommendations with the creative team, the Head of Creative and the CEO based on data and a deep understanding of our audience and brand
  • Collaborate with other department managers to develop and implement omni-channel strategies for drop and promotional campaigns 
  • Identify social media content trends and cultural moments that WNRS could participate in


Planning


  • Build our social media calendar based on our business and creative calendars.
  • Brief our content creators to get creative assets ready on time
  • Schedule and post content


Community


  • Keep the conversation going with our audience in the comments (posts + ads)
  • Keep track of the UGC that we could engage with and repost


We're looking for someone who:


  • Is passionate about exploring what it’s like to be a human being
  • Has a deep understanding of We’re Not Really Strangers
  • Loves figuring out what makes content engaging and viral, but is not afraid to break these rules and experiment from time to time
  • Approaches social media as a place for creative expression, and enjoys working with copywriters, photographers, videographers and designers
  • Has great knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Twitter features
  • Employment type
