Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and online visibility.
• Content Creation: Produce, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and education teams to ensure consistent messaging and goal alignment.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in social media, Web3, DeFi, and blockchain to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent the Web3 educational platform authentically and align digital presence with the overall mission.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Passion for DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 technology.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
