Job Summary:


RockawayMore is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. The Social Media Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Calendar Development:

  • Create and manage up to ten (10) monthly content calendars for clients, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary content and approvals.


Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram reels, stories, images, videos, and written posts.
  • Plan and execute client shoots, including concept development and scheduling.


Client Collaboration:

  • Work in tandem with account managers and department leads to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards for all team projects.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored social media solutions.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss strategy, progress, and updates.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts, providing regular reporting and insights to demonstrate the impact of social media initiatives.


Paid Social Media:

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and goal achievement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.


Strategic Planning & Process Improvement:

  • Strategize with department heads to improve internal and interdepartmental processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in social media management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful social media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and supporting software programs.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter comfortable with a hybrid work model.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening skills and comfort with constructive feedback.
  • Interest in growing with RockawayMore and furthering our mission.
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage, and hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Restaurant marketing experience is a plus.


Compensation/Benefits:

  • Full-time/exempt / Salaried Position
  • Competitive base salary of $65,000 to $75,000
