Job Description: Social Media Leader
Company Overview: Quick Car Wash is a rapidly expanding national brand specializing in convenient and high-quality car cleaning services. With a commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction, we aim to redefine the car wash experience across the country.
Position Overview: As the Social Media Leader at Quick Car Wash, you will be instrumental in driving our brand's digital presence and engagement strategies. You will lead a team responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns, maintaining our brand voice, and ensuring exceptional customer service and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Quick Car Wash's business objectives. Lead the social media team in creating engaging content that enhances brand visibility and drives customer acquisition and retention.
- Media Strategy: Responsible for developing social media strategies and content to live on our Organic Social Media channels, and will work to craft content calendars, creative briefs, and play into trends
- Creative: The individual will manage both high-level and tactical team creative approaches, working closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure Organic Social acts as a data-driven support channel for store launches, promotions, brand partnerships, etc
- Customer Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to foster meaningful connections with our customers. Implement strategies for community building, customer feedback management, and proactive customer service.
- Crisis Response: Act as the primary point of contact for managing social media crises and sensitive issues. Develop protocols and responses to effectively address and mitigate potential reputation risks.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity across all social media channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines while staying adaptable to market trends.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior social media role, ideally within a consumer-facing brand. Demonstrated success in scaling national brands through effective social media strategies.
- Customer and Crisis Response: Strong proficiency in managing customer interactions and crisis situations on social media platforms. Ability to remain calm under pressure and implement timely and effective responses.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable social media plans. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms. Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are advantageous.
