About The Job

Music.AI’s Moises product line is a global brand, and you will help us spread our social media initiatives worldwide. We seek a bright and innovative social media manager to lead social media channels to communicate with our users, drive brand awareness, and generate product demand. In this role, you will be on the front line, executing our brand marketing strategy and building our community of musicians.

  • You will be responsible for planning/implementing Moises's Social Media Strategy and actively monitoring and managing our communities on leading platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • You will work within our Marketing Team, including consistent collaboration with our Influencer Marketing team, who manage paid influencer relationships with content creators and music artists;
  • Other collaborators include our Design, Data/Analytics, Content Marketing, Paid Media, and Customer Success teams to develop insightful and creative content that drives performance

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the social media strategy. Lead social media strategy defining content, calendar, and KPIs relevant to each channel according to the goals for each campaign, product launch, or the always-on system;
  • Creative planning. Conceptualize and create editorial lines and storytelling for each channel that supports the developed strategy;
  • Implement. Produce compelling, bold, and aesthetically attractive content original to each platform. Guide designers and media creators to translate this content graphically and visually.
  • Lead the Social Media team. Responsible for project management of social media projects and cross-functional social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.
  • Data-driven strategy and approach, making insightful decisions. Track all initiatives, constantly check KPIs, and measure the results. Propose, create, and execute data-driven actions that improve our campaigns, fundamental goals, and the individual performance of each channel/platform.
  • Experimentation: Set a calendar and constantly test hypotheses to develop an editorial strategy for Moises;
  • Social listening and community management: Monitoring our audiences' responses on each channel, addressing issues, and aligning with customer success as needed.
  • Insights, research, and trends: Stay connected with what's trending online—Monitor relevant topics and trends for our target audience. Stay up-to-date with changes in social platforms and competitors' activities to bring new insights.

Requirements

  • Native English Speaker and writer who can communicate at a professional level;
  • Intermediate to advanced musician who is passionate about Moises and music technology;
  • A strong understanding of how musicians and producers think about their creative processes and the tools that enable them;
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or social media;
  • Deep experience in social media management and each ecosystem, the narrative, content type, and formats (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube). Experience with other platforms is a plus (Threads, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Snapchat);
  • Experience in project management and excellent organization;
  • Ability to work quickly to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
  • Excellence in performance-focused persuasive writing;
  • Experience in applying branding strategy to build the brand tone of voice or translate the brand persona visual and verbal criteria;
  • Meticulous in the creation and execution of social media posts;
  • Social measurement experience, including the use of listening, monitoring, and CRM services/tools;
  • Data-driven person. Ability to analyze data and build optimized reports with results and insights;
  • Self-starter with solid accountability and ownership. Able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in collaboration with influencer marketing strategies in integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Experience in collaboration with paid media team to share the role of the paid touchpoints and align execution for media strategy;
  • Experience working within larger marketing campaigns that go beyond social media;
  • Ability to review and improve copy across marketing channels
