Social Media Manager

Kindthread is hiring a Social Media Manager to grow and own our social media presence. The ideal candidate has experience in social strategy, influencer marketing, community management and content creation with a strong understanding and passion for social media, with the desire to build a social community and establish a relevant social media presence.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage the development and implementation of social media for Kindthread brands
• Work closely cross-functionally with various teams to develop content that engages our audiences, aligns with larger campaigns and meets marketing objectives
• Define key KPIs and metrics, and adapting content to what works
• Build ambassador and influencer program from the ground up, and establish community relationships through engagement and community management
• Identify emerging trends and act quickly to capitalize on brand-relevant opportunities that connect and engage with our audience, and work with the Creative team to ideate on new content formats that fit the brand identity
• Manage and enhance posting schedules, processes, partnerships and asset libraries that support evergreen, product, promotional and relationship-driven content
• Oversee agency relationships, managing deliverables, leading creative reviews and optimizing budgets based on performance KPIs
• Communicate analysis and performance with key stakeholders and senior leaders

Experience Profile

• Four to seven years of experience in a Social Media Manager role, preferably in an agency or large brand.
• Strong understanding of social media, social media management tools, key KPIs, as well as a proficiency in the newest features and formats popular on Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
• Experience with project management software to manage calendars and projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant fields preferred
