Baby Bull Racing is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role combines content creation, video production, graphic design, and executive administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in social media trends and exhibit a robust understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, as well as podcast production. The role also requires executive duties related to business management.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Management:

  • Develop and produce engaging content, primarily featuring our company’s activities, ensuring it is optimized for each social media platform.
  • Handle videography duties initially with an iPhone, though experience with professional video cameras is a plus.
  • Perform video editing and minor graphic design tasks; portfolios demonstrating previous work are preferred.
  • Play a pivotal role in content planning and execution, including filming, editing, and preparing posts with appropriate captions to be “post-ready.”
  • Handle all things merch and social media related (Post on IG and Tik Tok, stories and feed, answer DM’s and comments; post YouTube episodes work alongside videographer)
  • BBR Website management
  • Work alongside graphic designer to come up with new logos, trailer designs, race suit designs etc.
  • IG & Tik Tok Giveways


Assistant Responsibilities

  • Calendar management, meeting coordination, handling email and and phone communication with business contacts, travel arrangements, & business errands
  • Manage executive scheduling, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Research: Conducting research and collecting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by executive team.
  • Merch (create orders and ship to race shop, inventory, posters, stickers etc.)
  • Order processing, print labels, ship packages


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and based in Miami area.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required
  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in art.
  • High proficiency in video production and social media management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional manner.

Compensation Structure:

  • Trial Phase: Engage in a paid trial creating several videos, with the potential to lead to full-time employment based on performance.
  • Full-Time Employment: Upon successful trial, the position will convert to a full-time role with hourly compensation starting at approximately
  • Performance incentives: As company social media presence grows, opportunities for increased earnings based on content impact, engagement, and quality.
