Description: Beautyblender is looking for a paid Summer Social Media intern to start ASAP working up to 25 hours per week. This role focuses on content creation, community management, and influencer relations.
Responsibilities:
Pitch content ideas for Beautyblender’s social channels
Create, film, and edit content for Beautyblender’s Instagram and TikTok natively in app or using programs like Canva, etc
Help schedule content on brand’s channel and report on how it did
Monitor comments, story replies, and influencer mentions across Beautyblender’s Instagram and TikTok
Help brainstorm creative influencer mailers with influencer/PR team and provide suggestions for influencer lists
Assist the marketing team on day-to-day needs and ad-hoc projects
Stay afloat on beauty and wellness industry trends
Qualifications:
Must have a love for filming content for personal channel or another brand. Bonus: being comfortable on camera – we love personality!
Experience creating content for personal channel or another brand
Understands social media best practices, knows “what’s trending” and is always on your #FYP
Proficient in editing tools/apps including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva
An eye for good design, visuals, aesthetics, and art direction
Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
