Social Media Intern

Job Summary:

With a rich history of delivering exceptional products to consumers worldwide, Universal Nutrition is in search of a Social Media Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the tasks listed below, ensuring the growth and reputation of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• TikTok Engagement:
• Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos that align with our brand identity.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera to create content and engage with the audience.
• Manage our TikTok community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with users.
• Scout for potential creators and influencers for partnerships and gifting opportunities.
• Instagram Engagement:
• Manage the Instagram inbox by responding to messages and comments.
• Engage with our community by leaving thoughtful comments on users’ posts and stories.
• Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaborations.
• Content Creation:
• Develop innovative content ideas for TikTok and Instagram that resonate with our audience.
• Use basic photo and video editing tools like CapCut to create high-quality content.
  

Requirements

• Must be TikTok savvy and have a strong understanding of current trends.
• Comfortable with being on camera and presenting content.
• Proficient in basic photo/video editing technology, specifically CapCut.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create innovative content while remaining within the parameters of our brand identity.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in social media or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with SproutSocial is a plus.
  
  
  

Schedule and Hours

Position Type: Full-time

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Days per Week: Mon-Fri

Flexible scheduling available, with some required core hours for team meetings and collaborations.
