Amare Medical Network is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our team for the Fall 2024 semester. In this part-time internship, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging social media content that helps us connect with talented healthcare professionals and valued clients.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that showcases our company culture, job opportunities, and industry insights using design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Schedule and publish social media posts using Sprout Social.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Research and stay up to date on social media trends and best practices relevant to the healthcare staffing industry.
Analyze social media data and report on campaign performance.
Brainstorm creative content ideas and participate in team discussions.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social media.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in basic social media management tools a plus.
