We’re looking for a Social Media and Influencer Ops Manager for a successful San Diego-based OnlyFans social media company that works with high-profile OnlyFans creators and influencers across the US to grow their subscriber networks and cross-platform audience reach and maximize their brand value.


About the position:

As the social & influencer operations leader, you’ll optimize team-wide efficiency across social media efforts, coordinating between the internal teams and clients to develop content and monetization strategies and ensure those strategies are executed.


Our ideal candidate is a master social media tactician who's extremely analytical with a deep understanding of multi-platform content and audience growth strategies. You'll work across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communications to continuously optimize ROI and content strategies.


Please note: this is a San Diego-based position with an office in La Jolla (3 days in-office required).


Compensation, Perks & Benefits:

  • Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Own social media & influencer operations across Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other platforms with the primary objective of converting audiences to paying OnlyFans subscribers
  • Serve as the internal touchpoint for the company and the clients to ensure proper and timely implementation and execution of client strategies
  • Stay on the pulse of social growth and monetization tactics and tools and implement plans across the team to execute
  • Test, test, test - continuously be working to see improvements in engagement, follower numbers, and conversion rates (free ---> paid subscribers)
  • Communicate across both the internal social media team and clients to ensure alignment across strategy and content creation efforts (i.e. make sure that content plans are aligned with strategic goals and that influencers/creators are producing content that will convert)
  • Create and circulate regular analytics and performance reports for the internal teams, Executives, and clients
  • Work with the Social Creative Director to create both an internal and client-facing communications strategy that will deliver results and mitigate issues before they arise to instill confidence across all parties in the company’s ability to execute
  • Ensuring an incredible client experience with regular check-ins, knowledgeable insights, and acting as a trusted point of contact between them and the business
  • Regularly update Asana to reflect accurate project statuses, timelines, and client notes/updates
  • Work closely with the Social Creative Director on content strategy and implementation
  • Collaborate directly with CEO and Social Creative Director to develop audience growth and social monetization strategies and grow the OnlyFans client network
  • Help to manage Social Media Coordinators, who are responsible for posting, calendars, captions, and audience engagement
  • Escalate any client issues as needed, but do your best to resolve them first if/when possible
  • Be a trusted internal expert on social media operations and the OnlyFans platform; know about trends, competitors, content strategy,


Requirements:

  • Must live in San Diego and work onsite 3 days a week the La Jolla office
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of social media strategy experience
  • Must have experience in cross-platform creator and influencer strategies
  • Comfortable working with and around adult-oriented content and with Content Creators who work in the adult industry
  • Broad digital marketing expertise and strong knowledge of paid and organic social a huge plus
  • Analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth
  • Expert-level knowledge of social strategies for Meta, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Strong grasp of and/or experience with the OnlyFans platform
  • Impeccable communication skills - written and spoken; must be a people-person
  • Proven experience managing communications across teams and clients
  • Knowledge of successful meme accounts, content creators, influencers, etc.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis
  • Asana expertise a plus
  • Team-mentality. Must have a good attitude, maintain professionalism, be kind, and promote an overall healthy and people-first work environment
  • Respond to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
  • Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Work well and calmly under pressure
  • Proficient with Google products and project management software
