Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that includes both organic and paid media across platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
  • Develop and create engaging and relevant content that supports our brand story-telling and key messages that attract new followers and engages with the brand.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social comments, re-share mentions, tap into relevant conversations from other brands or topical posts, etc.


Influencer Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand marketing goals.
  • Identify, build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across social media channels. Conduct outreach and negotiate partnerships ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution, including campaign brief development, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Work with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.


Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns that incorporate social media and influencer partnerships efforts to support product launches and promotions.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights to optimize reach and engagement.


Budget Oversight:

  • Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and high ROI.


Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, including emerging social trends, media platforms and technologies, and adapt strategies accordingly.


Affiliate Marketing:

  • Oversee the identification and management of brand ambassadors and affiliates to enhance the brand’s visibility. Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., Impact, Grin).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in both social media management and influencer marketing. Affiliate marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful social and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current social and influencer strategy, trends, best practices and metrics.
  • Experience with social media platforms, tracking and planning platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later), SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Experience and ability to create content as needed:
  • Experience with select design platforms a plus (e.g., Canava, Photoshop).
  • Ability to edit videos into short video clips and reels, with text or graphic overlays as needed.
  • Experience in CPG, with experience in health and wellness, personal or food & beverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
