Social Media Coordinator (Contract)

The Earthling Co. is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator Contractor who will help us execute our organic social & content creation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create and curate engaging still and video content, including captions, for all social channels including, but not limited to, Instagram Feed & Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Write clear & concise content briefs as needed.
• Analytics & Reporting: Produce in-depth weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress of all organic social content, providing internal team with consistent updates.
• Community Management: Monitor and actively engage with social media community by responding to comments and direct messages across all social channels.
• Day-to-Day Management: Schedule and post all organic content, collaborate with team to plan and develop content calendar, manage and organize asset database
• Partnerships: Identify and assist in developing strategic partnerships with relevant brands, content creators, and public figures. Possibility to manage affiliate program as well as seeding program and support Influencer Marketing efforts

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

• Experience managing social accounts for a DTC/B2C brand. Experience in personal care/beauty a plus
• Experience with social media analysis, including relevant tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social (or equivalent)
• Skilled content creator, including graphic design work, with a keen eye for producing engaging content and proficiency in video editing
• Experience managing online communities
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail

This role is contract and the hours will fluctuate week to week with growth potential over time.
