Role Overview:
This is an exciting entry level position for someone who is passionate about social media. This position will assist the Social Media Manager with creating and managing content for FRAME's social pages across various platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
Support daily Social Team operations such as but not limited to: maintaining and updating social media calendars, posting, community management, reporting, paid boosting, and more across all channels
Support daily Content Creator Program operations such as but not limited to: ordering product, collaborating with Merchandising team to gather samples, product shipments, maintaining social product inventory, maintain invoicing documentation, update content creator briefs, and discover and recommend new and emerging content creator talent
Participate in creative brainstorms with Social Manager for TikTok & Reels specific content creator deliverables
Assist in the execution of overarching social media strategy by brainstorming, pitching and conceptualizing original content ideas across social platforms on a monthly basis
Write compelling, on-brand copy that supports specific goals of each post and IG Story
Collaborate with Email marketing on monthly messages to develop ideas for coordinating Instagram Stories
Contribute to the development of social content, primarily for TikTok and Reels, by creating and capturing content around the office and at social shoots
Apply basic video editing skills to utilize raw footage from content creators and campaigns to create monthly TikTok and Reels posts
Stay updated on latest brand-right social trends to ideate and incorporate relevant content into the social calendar, primarily on TikTok and Reels
Skills & Qualifications:
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and works well in fast-paced environments
Possess eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual storytelling
Passion for social media marketing, fashion & pop-culture trends
Expertise in social media best practices
Excellent copy writing skills
Experience in social content creation, primarily video editing
Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for creation of social assets
Creative and innovative thinker that approaches each opportunity with a fresh perspective.
Problem Solver
Positive Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and stay open minded.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and execute timely delivery of quality work.
1+ years of social media work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Demonstrated ability for iPhone filming and editing
Strong knowledge of influencers in fashion space
