Advancing Eco Agriculture is a leading company in the regenerative agriculture industry, dedicated to improving the health of our planet and the quality of our food. We develop and promote innovative crop nutrition products and consulting services that help farmers increase yields, improve crop quality, and regenerate their soils.
We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will develop compelling social media content and ensure a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
Responsibilities
Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
Create and curate engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand guidelines
Create and manage a social media content calendar and schedule posts for both the company and key executives
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, features, and best practices
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting
Previous experience with G Suite, Zoom, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Loomly preferred.
Audio/Video editing and graphic design experience is highly desirable
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in social media management or marketing
Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create compelling and engaging social media content
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
Passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and making a positive impact on the environment
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
