What You'll Do

Client Interaction & Satisfaction

Represent our company in a positive and professional manner.

Maintain exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude in all communications.

Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Address challenges proactively and maintain high-quality service.

Operational Responsibilities

Provide top-notch administrative support and collaborate with team members.

Manage tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.

Keep communication lines open with clients, stakeholders, and the team.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost care.

Social Media Management

Execute and implement social media strategies for clients.

Create and manage social media content and graphics.

Define target audiences and grow brand awareness.

Measure and report relevant social media KPIs.

Stay updated with social media best practices and new technologies.

Use social media management tools and basic graphic design tools.

Write content that aligns with the client's voice and preferences.

Solve problems and make adjustments based on client feedback.

Qualifications

General

Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.

Minimum 2 Years Of Relevant Experience.

At least 2 years of full-time experience in a virtual role.

Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Technical

Proficiency in all social media platforms and staying current on trends.

Familiarity with technologies like social media platforms, scheduling software, project management tools, and CRMs.

Strong experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other project management tools.
