Title: Social Media and Marketing Intern for Aviation Leadership Book Promotion (Paid, Remote)

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, "Horizon Leaders: Mastering Strategic Leadership in Aviation" organically through industry research and strategic social media management. Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn Management: Manage and grow the Company's LinkedIn profile.
• Facebook Page Creation: Design and create a Facebook page dedicated to the book.
• Instagram Management: Manage an existing Instagram account for the company, currently with no content.
• Twitter Management: Create and manage an X (formerly Twitter) account for the book and the company.
• Industry Research: Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends and engage with relevant communities to promote the book.
• Engagement: Respond to queries and engage with followers across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the author/company owner to align social media activities with the overall marketing strategy.
• Campaign Development: Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase book visibility and sales.
• Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and updates across all platforms.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on progress.
• Platform Expansion: Explore additional social media platforms and marketing opportunities to enhance the book's promotion.
• Review Encouragement: Encourage readers to leave reviews on Amazon and other retail platforms.
• Retail Marketing: Leverage Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and IngramSpark marketing tools to maximize book exposure.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) marketing.
• Familiarity with other retail platforms like IngramSpark.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Passion for aviation, leadership, and strategic management is desirable.
