Job Description: As a Social Media Agent, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media profiles to engage with our audience and promote our brand. You will create compelling content, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and KPIs.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
