Role Overview:


We're seeking a paid media specific content creator and performance marketing manager to lead our paid social advertising efforts. We are just as interested in someone who can create and design new content specifically for social media advertising as we are interested in someone who knows all of the latest ad types across channels and how to execute them effectively. Our number one priority is conversion and this will be the metric the role is assessed on.


Responsibilities


  • Channels: Own advertising campaigns across the following channel: Meta, Google, TikTok, & Pinterest with a focus on conversion. 
  • Test and optimize across channels - Audit all campaigns daily and constantly and consistently adjust ad content, ad types, etc. to yield greatest results. 
  • Creative - Create new creatives weekly to test new campaigns. Not just one or two but as many as it takes each with different messaging, images, video type, etc. until we find out what resonates and converts. Including static and video content. Comfortable being on camera and recording voice overs.
  • Results: Be prepared to provide weekly detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, most importantly profitable ROAS, and other key metrics using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Research: Conduct regular market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new opportunities within paid advertising channels.


Qualifications


  • #1 Hustle - We are in hyper growth mode and we are looking for someone who thrives in this type of environment. 
  • Ecommerce / DTC Experience - Experience running social media advertising campaigns for similar brands dtc, ecommerce, home goods, etc. 
  • Proven  Results - Proven track record of delivering profitable results and driving strategy.
  • Reference ready - We will ask to speak to a reference who can share your experience in a similar role. 
  • Self Starter - We are a small team so we are looking for someone who is proactive and requires little direction. 
  • Ad specific content creation - Ability to understand the type of ads content that converts & be able to record, edit, publish, and optimize. 
  • Design Skills: Graphic design, video editing, and general content creation experience using Premier/FinalCut/Photoshop/Canva/etc.
  • Ad Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on optimizing for performance.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills, proficient in using tools like social channel ads managers, Google Analytics to measure performance and inform campaign strategies.
