The Impact Team is in a particularly exciting phase of growth and is looking for an Impact Coordinator to join in a crucial support role. The Impact Team is in a particularly exciting phase of growth and is looking for an Impact Coordinator to join in a crucial support role. Role And Responsibilities
- Provide client service administration support, such as attending meetings, handling scheduling, logistics, notes and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, working in close collaboration with colleagues, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Assist with drafting, writing, and editing internal and external materials including workplans, project decks, research reports, client strategies, and more.
- Conduct research to support project planning and strategy.
- Track social impact, brand purpose, ESG, SDG, and related news and share updates with the team and across the firm.
- Participate in new business efforts including research, proposal and pitch preparation.
- Support agency-wide impact and social purpose efforts.
- Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Manage team administrative duties, such as scheduling, internal processes, and internal communications.
- Manage lead executive’s calendar, expenses, travel, meeting briefs, and timely requests.
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a social impact environment (e.g., agency, social enterprise, NGO, private sector sustainability, or social impact role)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, International Development, Economics, Sustainability, or related field, or other demonstrated experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva and Adobe preferred
- Creative, driven, highly organized, detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a desire to learn
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Strong writing, proofreading and researching skills
- Professional, confident and mature demeanor
- Strong interest in the social impact sector
