You will work alongside our Brand Director to ensure that all brand-related projects are executed efficiently and within deadlines and that every deliverable ( social media posts, blog articles, PR placements) aligns with our brand image, uses the correct tone of voice, and speaks to our target audience.

This dynamic position requires both creativity and an analytical mindset. You’ll be handling a variety of tasks, such as organizing tasks in our project management software, scheduling and hosting meetings with other team members, QA-ing marketing deliverables, and posting on social media.

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable. You’ll join a team of experienced professionals working in a fast-paced environment with a common goal of turning our brand into a household name.


Content Planning and Execution:

  • Partner with the Creative and Brand Director on the content planning process to get delivery of assets in a timely manner for execution onsite
  • Manage the social media content flip process from briefing and messaging strategy

Visual Merchandising Strategy

  • Develop and own the visual merchandising strategy to optimize product Commerce and social media engagement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the shopping experience through PR placement and influencer engagement optimization.
  • Constantly look for trends that can be strategically implemented in RT social channels.

Brand duties

  • Contributing to brand strategy development, execution, and evaluation
  • Working and communicating with the Brand Manager to uncover new ways to promote the company’s brand and boost brand awareness
  • Helping other team members manage ongoing and future brand-related projects by defining project timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring the team’s progress, and removing bottlenecks
  • Producing valuable weekly/monthly reports that help us gauge the effectiveness of our branding campaigns
  • Revising and editing the copy and all available creative materials prepared for brand campaigns
  • Establishing the project timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinating the brand campaign budget, keeping records, and tracking project expenses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in brand coordinating jobs, marketing projects, and strategy planning
  • Art Direction knowledge is considered a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • PR experience is considered a plus
  • Remarkable analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Superior command of Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
