Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main Purpose Of The Position

This role will create original content for REVOLVE’s Instagram and TikTok channels against evergreen initiatives, product launches, editorial campaigns and key events. This is an exciting, fast-paced, high intensity position that contributes greatly to the storytelling of the REVOLVE brand and will report directly into the Manager, Content Creation. This role will be 80% video editing, 20% content creation (iPhone video, videography, photography).

Position Responsibilities And Daily Tasks

• Ideate and facilitate production and post-production of short-form video deliverables (with a primary focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok)
• Editing of short-form videos, often on tight deadlines
• Work closely with social media managers and cross-functional teams to understand messaging / content needs; brainstorm / develop original approaches bringing those
• Support in the production of in-house social shoots messages to life
• Content capture – predominately on iPhone, as well as digital camera and some photography – at in-house social content shoots, editorial & ecommerce shoots, as well as key REVOLVE events
• Manage multiple projects in various stages of edit
• Monitor and report on latest trends and tech innovation within social media
• Participate in and contribute to brainstorms / works sessions focused on messaging development for key initiatives
  
  

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram
• Passion for pop culture, entertainment and fasion
• Clear understanding of content best-practices
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Extremely positive attitude; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in ability to pitch new, creative ideas
• Strong and clear point of view on social content
• Previous experience creating fashion and beauty focused content
  
  

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• 2+ years of social content creation experience
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere CC, After Effects and Photoshop
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Slides / Docs (or Apple, Microsoft equivalents)
• Proficient in Asana (or similar project management software)
  
  

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Bachelors Degree

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/range is $25- $31 per hour.
