Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SLED Account Director at Accelecom. Developing and executing GTM initiatives to drive new business and new logos within state and local governments, higher education and the K-12 markets.
The SLED Account Director will also be responsible for growing key accounts in the state and local government, and education.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market trends.
This role is primarily located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work in Georgia.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts
Proven track record of obtaining new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Experience in the fiber internet and telecommunications industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
