Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Industry: Automotive

Compensation: $61,000 - $70,000

Description:Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and tackle a variety of skilled mechanical and electrical tasks to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion issues.
  • Troubleshoot using SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software.
  • Modify and repair ABB robots (Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
  • Install, move, and align equipment.
  • Perform gas and electric welding.
  • Maintain repair records and a clean work area.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance.

Skills

  • Proficient in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software.
  • Experience with ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
  • Skilled in gas and electric welding.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
