Tarvos Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Operations Manager for an exciting opportunity in the Cedar Park, TX area. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Industrialization team to establish and maintain process flow for additive manufacturing, post-processing, and assembly operations.
  • Manage daily operations with a team of machine technicians, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Interact with the engineering and facilities team to incorporate design changes and lead innovations on parameter and process control.
  • Oversee regular maintenance of manufacturing equipment and establish and track production and materials plan for the site.
  • Champion safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and processes, and oversee shipping and receiving for the site.


Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Operations or Facilities Management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably additive manufacturing.
  • Experience in DMLM and LBPF
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high-energy fast pace, with self-motivation and strong initiative.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, time management, and team motivation skills.
