KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Simulation Operations Specialists will support the Brookings site through implementation and design of all simulation-based learning activities. This position will also support the Director with administration needs for the HCSC (Healthcare Simulation Center) support and structure of standardization of the HCSC.

 

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for the Simulation Operations Specialist is $54,285-$65,100. We offer a generous retirement plan that includes 6% matching, 10 hours of annual leave each month, 9.34 hours of sick leave each month, and eleven paid holidays. Relocation benefits are available per university’s guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree in a health-related field, however candidates with at least 8 years of directly related comparable health field experience (EMT, paramedic) without a four-year degree will be considered;
  • At least 3 years of health-related field experience; and
  • Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Nursing or healthcare experience; and
  • Technology and/or simulation experience.
