Showroom Manager Sales

Maumee Supply is a leading provider of plumbing and heating supplies in the Toledo area. With over 75 years of experience, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our showroom, Waterhouse Bath & Kitchen Studio specializes in decorative kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures. We are currently seeking a Showroom Manager Sales to lead and grow our team at Waterhouse.

As the Showroom Manager Sales, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the showroom and driving sales growth. You will oversee a team of showroom specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our customers and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain and update showroom displays and merchandise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in a showroom environment. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Experience in the plumbing or home improvement industry is highly desirable.

Proven Experience In Sales, Preferably In a Showroom Environment

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Knowledge of plumbing or home improvement products is highly desirable

Experience selling luxury items and creating a unique shopping experience

Experience with vendor and supplier relationships

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
