Showroom Manager - Luxury Design Center | Beverly Hills, CA
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable client experiences and showcasing luxury products?
We are seeking an exceptional Showroom Manager to oversee a prestigious Experience & Design Center. In this dynamic role, you will be at the helm of all aspects of the EDC, from the physical development and status of our stunning displays to curating the perfect product mix tailored for the regional market.
You will drive trade marketing initiatives to boost awareness and conversions, manage full budget and staffing responsibilities, and leverage the latest CRM tools to enhance sales conversion. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with the regional sales teams and dealer network to deliver unparalleled client satisfaction. If you have a keen eye for design, a knack for strategic marketing, and a passion for luxury, this is a role for you.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field)
5-7 Years of Experience (Managerial experience)
3-5 Years of Experience (Marketing and/or sales experience)
5-7 Years of Experience (Showroom setting or office management experience)
Must be comfortable in a showroom, sales and office environment
Must be able to control multi-million dollar budget for the showroom
Must have some knowledge of kitchen appliances and be able to demo products effectively
Must be able to communicate professionally with the public and trades
Must demonstrate good judgment and discretion when exposed to confidential information
Travel Percentage – 10%
Compensation And Benefits
Annual Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits
Annual salary is based on experience
Bonus structure is set to an incentive target, a portion is paid quarterly and annually
