The Retail Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail department. This position will focus on efficient order processing, effective inventory management, timely client communication, collaborative teamwork, and effective time management. The Retail Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team on all sample and inventory management.
  • Conduct periodic inventory maintenance to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Marcolin sales team to ensure accurate order details and specifications
  • Monitor communication channels regularly to ensure no client inquiries go unanswered.
  • Prioritize urgent client requests while maintaining a balance with ongoing tasks.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
