Shopper Marketing Specialist, Part-Time

Target pay $33-$38/hr DOE

Part-Time - 20 hours per week

Our client, a world-renowned American retail corporation is seeking a Shopper Marketing Specialist to join their National in Store Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive marketing strategies that deliver inspirational experiences.

The ideal candidate will have category marketing and shopper marketing experience with CPG or retail beauty brands, is creative, and can lead creative brief development. You will drive in-store marketing strategies that deliver unique and inspirational experiences across numerous beauty brands. You will be focused on hair care, skincare and cosmetics.

Job Duties:

• Develop in-store marketing business strategies
• Partner with cross-channel partners to develop an in-store marketing presentation strategy for cyclical transitions
• Lead development of creative briefs
• Lead internal and external partner focus with the highest-priority efforts
• Lead creative evaluation in terms of answering creative briefs
• Provide feedback/approval for multiple rounds of creative to agency partners
• Present creative concepts in leader review forums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, prototyping, production logistics

Qualification:

• Four-year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous beauty or cosmetics, and/or CPG marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external
