Shopify Store Manager -- Remote | WFH

Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to spearhead the development of an online Shopify store. Join our team at a prominent real estate brokerage with over 1000 employees, where you will play a pivotal role in product design, order management, and the overall success of our Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Shopify, e-commerce, and creative design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the online store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Create and innovate new product designs that resonate with our audience.
• Incorporate our existing closing gifts into the store's offerings.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify and a knack for creative product design.
• Solid grasp of retail sales principles and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage inventory and administrative tasks.
