Aviation manufacturing company in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for a dependable and professional individual to fill the position of 2nd shift Shop Floor Controller.
Duties Include:
Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area
Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule
Coordination of logistics between assigned area and its customers and suppliers
Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in aircraft (or related) production/manufacturing field
Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts
Analytical skills
Good communication skills, written and oral
Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation
Multiple shifts available: First and Second shift 4/10 hour days or weekend day and night shift.
Background check and drug test will be required.
