Summary Of Job Duties

  • Print, organize, and prepare all customer orders for the picking team.
  • Assist the picking team with labels, inventory issues, part replenishment, and all other concerns pertaining to the pick process.
  • Communicate with Customer Service regarding special shipping requirements.
  • Communicate with all members of the shipping department.
  • Assign tasks to pickers.
  • Assist in the correction of picking errors.
  • Analyze order data to ensure proper fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the Export team and Truck processing team to complete order fulfillment.
  • Any other job responsibilities relating to the picking department.

Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Basic computer skills (Windows based).
  • Infor Syteline experience preferred.
  • Must have ability to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Time management.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • General understanding of inventory management.

Work Experience

  • Work in a Distribution / Shipping atmosphere preferred.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Able to lift 40 lb. on an occasional basis.
