, Job Description
Responsible for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage Department during assigned shift
Supervise and instruct team member on shift in the proper performance of job duties to provide for the guests, employees, and property.
Train and brief staff regarding the days' events and any problems to monitor.
Maintain shift schedule and delegate work assignments.
Review and approve all reports written during the shift.
Ensure officers maintain a high degree of professionalism by adhering to all laws and regulations, and departmental and company rules, procedures, and policies.
Assist Team Members with assigned duties when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by management.
, Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must meet requirements of a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
Other physical requirements include but are not limited to: lifting up to 100 lbs., reaching, kneeling, bending, and episodes of moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
Minimum of six (6) months of casino Food & Beverage (or similar field) experience in a supervisory capacity.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

$3000 hire-on incentive
