Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in canning line beverage production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.

- Measure and report the effectiveness of production activities and employees' performance.

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

- Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Prefer experience with canning line beverage production.

- Proven work experience as a Production Supervisor, floor leadership in a manufacturing setting.

- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in inputting, retrieving, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
