As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Salary: 120k – 150k Depending on Experience

Director of Fulfillment – Stainless & Aluminum Division

As a Director of Fulfillment for our stainless and aluminum steel service center business unit, you will be responsible for leading all operations related to order processing and fulfillment. You will oversee every step of the fulfillment process, order entry, inventory planning and tracking, quality control, staffing, procedural development, and shipping. Your main goal will be to ensure that daily fulfillment operations are executed with excellence and efficiency, so that inventory, quality, and warehouse KPIs are met. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop a fulfillment strategy that helps achieve the company’s overall goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the overall fulfillment strategy aligned with company
  
  

objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Team Leadership: Direct and oversee a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, mentoring,
  
  

and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

• Optimize Operations: Streamline fulfillment processes, including inventory management, order
  
  

processing, and logistics to enhance productivity and reduce lead times

• Vendor Management: Nurture relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor
  
  

performance to secure reliable and cost‐effective sources for steel procurement

• Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast
  
  

demand accurately. Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing

excess stock

• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging
  
  

data‐driven insights and best practices to enhance fulfillment processes and customer satisfaction

• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report
  
  

on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions

when necessary

• Report to the Senior Director of Fulfillment
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in operations management
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and the metals industry
• Strong leadership abilities with proven success in motivating teams and fostering a productive work environment
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Adept at identifying problems, analyzing root cause, and implementing solutions
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to adapt to change and new technologies
