Pay: up to 75K D.O.E.
Position Summary : This position is for a Servicing Compliance Analyst supporting the NAF Servicing Compliance and Legal teams. The Servicing Compliance Analyst reports to the AVP, Servicing Compliance and is primarily responsible for assisting with the validation of regulatory change implementation and corrective actions. This position may also support examination management and other activities as directed by the AVP, Servicing Compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development, update, and execution of NAF’s Compliance Management System
Understand the mortgage loan servicing process, including compliance requirements, with sufficient detail to effectively audit loan files
Support the Exam Management by compiling requested documents, policies and procedures and other requested documentation.
Track findings and related remediation to completion and conduct review and testing of remediation
Support regulatory change implementation through review/testing
Assist with requests from Legal, Licensing, and Internal Audit
Review findings, work with Servicing to remediate and report of corrective actions.

Desired Education/Experience
5+ years of experience in financial services with emphasis on mortgage servicing
Knowledge of federal and state laws impacting mortgage servicing, including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, RESPA, the Fair Housing Act, the Homeowners Protection Act, and predatory lending laws
Experience with and understanding of investor and insurer requirements, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, HUD (FHA), and USDA
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Experience with remediation of process gaps is a plus
Experience with MSP is a plus
