Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role is perfect for a semi-senior professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and innovative environment.


Work You'll Do:


  • Platform Management: Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the implementation of new functionalities.
  • System Integration: Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configuration Management: Perform software configuration and customization, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.


In an operational setting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. You will provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability, and supportability of the solution and processes in conjunction with maintaining the organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizing current vendor solution capabilities and the product roadmap.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation.
  • 2+ full life cycle implementations.
  • Experience leading teams in functional and technical streams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Preferred:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience with XML, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing projects and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, driving service excellence through iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced degree.
  • Strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
