Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural designs for ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with best practices.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Customization and Configuration:
Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules and applications.
Ensure all customizations adhere to ServiceNow standards and best practices.
Integration:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and data integrity across systems.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement robust security measures and access controls.
Project Management:
Lead ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform and modules.
Proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Experience with integration technologies and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
