If you are interested in the Service Technician position you will:

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Inspect customer units
• Diagnose repairs to be made
• Make repairs to meet Grand Design's quality standards
• Work directly with customers to address their concerns
  
  

Education And Experience

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be organized
• Must have a positive attitude and be friendly to customers
• RVIA certified preferred, but not required
  
  

Physical Demands

• Climbing a ladder and/or scaffold
• Reaching, twisting, bending, squatting, walking, pulling, pushing
• Able to stand throughout duration of shift
