We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our clients growing team.
You will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition and employee relations efforts, ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top performers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of open positions, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage and negotiate wage and benefit packages for new hires and existing employees.
Maintain a deep understanding of and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
Champion the visa sponsorship program to attract and retain international talent.
Design and administer relocation packages for new hires.
Partner with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Must have Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for experience in a public company environment.
Education, Certificates, Licenses
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. SPHR or SHRM-SCP is highly desired. PHR or SHRM-CP is required.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of employment law (FLSA, ADA, etc.) and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience managing and negotiating wage and benefit packages.
Strong Familiarity with visa sponsorship programs (a must).
Ability to handle a high workload and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
