Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and HVAC units.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like coil cleaning, filter replacement, and refrigerant level checks.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment problems for improved efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on commercial refrigeration systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in refrigeration.
Qualifications:
Ability to work on call rotation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using specialized tools for diagnostics and repairs.
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments.
