About the Role:

As a Service Sales Manager at Evac, you will be the primary contact for our customers, handling all service-related concerns. You’ll play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships, boosting service sales, and achieving targets set by our service management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales visits to vessels, provide service quotes directly to customers, and support other sales team members with service sales cases, including preventive maintenance and service agreements.
  • Sales Performance: Meet sales targets and meticulously record sales actions in our CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, collaborating closely with account teams.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Service Execution: Manage and execute service sales to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report performance using KPIs.
  • Customer Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Reporting: Compile reports on progress, goals, and sales forecasts.
  • Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and ensure timely fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of sales or project experience in the marine industry on an international level.
  • Technical Skills: Proven technical competence and capabilities.
  • Leadership: Strong team leadership and networking skills.
  • Approach: Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented with a systematic and structured way of working.
  • Sales Acumen: Sales and customer-oriented with a future-driven mindset and ambition to make things happen.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, QlikView, and ERP systems.
  • Communication: Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
