Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Service Operations Manager for our Orlando South, FL office. Your primary responsibility will be to own the metrics that allow patients to heal with TMS treatment.
Direct support from organizational leadership will help you cultivate the skills to successfully manage a practice independently. Serenity’s proven clinical model, leading to 130% growth year over year, will be shared with you as you are trained and mentored to quickly advance your career.

- Train and educate new provider assistants
- Daily coordination with practice manager to ensure that clinic runs smoothly
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Past commitment to success in a full time role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
