Service Manager

This is a Large CUSTOM EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER supplying AIR POLUTION CONTROL technology into INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING. Pulp and Paper, Mining, Oil and Gas are primary targets but also anywhere that manufacturing is being done.

This Service Manager role will lead the team in Technical Customer Service Management and will also work closely with major customers to upgrade to the latest technology our client has to offer.

For the right individual who can balance technical team leadership, savvy customer service skills, and the ability to build large custom solutions with manufacturing customers, this role comes with great opportunities and exciting fun challenges.

WHAT WE NEED FOR THE ROLE

• Practical experience in PROCESS ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINNERING, OR PLANT ENGINNERING. Degree is preferred.
• Expertise in AIR POLUTION CONTROL technologies. Scrubbers, Filters, Condensers, Electrostatic Precipitators. TRULY A MUST.
• Sales experience in large SYSTEM UPGRADES. Teach me your Process.
• Experience managing a small team of technicians and CSRs.
• The ability to navigate thorny CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES and convert them into large projects.
• Navigation of customer CONTRACTS, bid processes, budgetary and scheduling issues.
• PROJECT MANAGMENT skills and experience.
