Service Manager

Located in the heart of the famed garment district, VERSA is currently seeking a highly motivated leader to join our Service Management team. Based in a hotel property the ideal candidate will possess restaurant and or hotel experience in a high-volume operation. A primary focus will be placed upon placed upon guest service, the flow of service and enforcing steps of service.


The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing as well as motivating all service team members, providing an elevated level of service accompanied with proven leadership competencies and possesses a true commitment to quality. Successful candidates will possess a diverse knowledge of food and beverage, a minimum of 2 years of transferable experience, and strong interpersonal, communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep knowledge of various sports and is passionate about promoting sports-themed initiatives, driving revenue through innovative strategies.
