Service Logistics Administrator

Technical Source is looking for to hire an Service Logistics Administrator for our healthcare client located in the Garner, NC area. The qualified candidate will be experienced in facilitating returns, exchanges, and trade-ins.

Responsibilities of a Service Logistics Administrator include:

• Assist vendors and customers in the return process of medical equipment and trade-in
• Handle basic end user requests regarding product movement and conduct trainings where needed
• Ensure all equipment is ran through the service system and ERP system and it is accurate and consistent

Requirements of a Service Logistics Administrator include:

• 5+ years experience in customer service support (medical field preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamic GP
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology, software, equipment, and workflows
