Duties/Responsibilities:
As one of the largest privately held real estate development and construction companies in Texas, Camillo Companies exists to open doors to greater opportunities for all people. Job Title: Director of Service

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Required to track KPI’s and achieve established objectives
- Develop and submit yearly budget for Maintenance, as well as approve larger expenditures within budget.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating team members.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Collaborate with Property Management team to ensure Resident satisfaction as well as filing insurance claims and residents charge backs.
- Proven experience and understanding of Single-Family Rental properties (SFR)
- Candidate must be an effective leader and will be directly responsible for teams consisting of Project managers, field managers and coordinators.
- Candidate will ensure Maintenance Tickets are dispatched and closed in timely manner.
- Responsible to meet objective cost to maintain, review and approve over budget expenditures.
- Time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Responsible for employee payroll
- Managing all day-to-day Maintenance SFR Operations.
- Assist with all other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to be followed and serve others. The candidate will be responsible for training and developing team members.
- Detailed oriented, diligent, and streamlined with the process.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
- Ability to work autonomously and motivated to prioritize schedule.

- Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of relatable experience
- Experience in SFR Property Management, Maintenance or Construction
- 5 Years of experience managing multiple layers of teams
