What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide service delivery support to clients using C-Track solutions in a production environment
• Manage and deliver service level agreements with assigned clients
• Offer direct telephone support to customers and maintain positive relationships
• Act as a conduit between clients and internal operations and software development teams
• Travel to client sites for project activities, training, and go-lives
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience resolving technical issues in a customer service environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to groups
• Highly organized with strong analytic and troubleshooting abilities
