Service Coordinator

Our client, a leading Biotechnology Company is hiring a Service Coordinator to join their team in Collegeville, PA!

**This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits** (Contract-to-hire)

As the Service Coordinator, you will coordinate the provision of lab services and vendors by managing communication with lab support services staff and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact for customer lab staff, facilitating and coordinating laboratory needs and activities.
• Coordinating onsite vendor visits, setting up meetings, managing calendars, risk assessments for vendors, and collecting field service reports
• Act as a first point of contact for all Third-Party Contractors on arrival at the site ensuring that they are managed in line with prescribed procedures
• Provide all Third-Party contractors with appropriate documentation to complete work derived from CMMS database

Desired Skills:

• High school Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience or Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific field
• Experience in a laboratory environment or scientific environment
• Customer Service oriented
• Strong understanding of GLP/GxP
• Experience working in a compliance-driven environment
• Prior experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
